ADI Limited established its Truro office in 1996 with the purchase of Horner Associates Limited (Horner), a well known municipal and civil consulting engineering firm. The Horner office was originally established in 1963 and since that time has provided services to municipal, provincial and federal governments and to private clients in most Nova Scotian communities, and also the three (3) other Atlantic provinces. The office provides project management, design, construction administration services in civil, municipal, environmental, structural, and hydrotechnical engineering disciplines. In addition, the office provides building design services and has successfully completed many commercial, recreational, industrial and institutional buildings.
