fast track project with 24 month construction schedule using sequential
tendering;

designed and built to LEED Silver requirements;
Woolastook Long Term Care Facility, Village of Gagetown, New Brunswick
40 bed, $6M facility on greenfields site;

Relocate Cheese Cutting Line, Truro, Nova Scotia
retrofit of existing warehouse space at dairy into a refrigerated process area;
dismantled and re-installed existing cheese cutting process line;
project completed under budget in 11 weeks.
Kchikhusis Commercial Centre, Fredericton, New Brunswick
provided project management to St. Mary’s First nation;
design and construction of 6,000 m2 retail office facility;
3 storey offices, 7 unit strip mall and grocery store;
